Job Description
As a content writer/copywriter, you will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content and copy across various platforms for the company and its clients by following the company’s writing guidelines and work sequence.
You will be responsible for:
- Content Creation: Create high-quality website copy, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns in English and Arabic.
- SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO strategies, conduct keyword research using tools such as WriterZen (training provided), and optimize content for search engines using company-provided tools such as Frase.io.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with a dynamic team, bringing fresh ideas and innovative thinking to marketing campaigns.
- Audience Targeting: Adapt content for diverse B2B and B2C audiences, adjusting tone and style.
- Quality Assurance: Edit and proofread content meticulously, ensuring flawless quality.
- Inter-Team Collaborating: Assist with fact-checking, copy-editing, and formatting for various marketing materials.
- Production: Collaborate and report progress using project management tools (Hubstaff Tasks).
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience in content creation or copywriting.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to align multiple brand strategies and Tone of Voice.
- A creative mindset and passion for crafting content that drives results.
- Ability to work and deliver usable content with minimal to no supervision.
- Ability to adhere to a laid-out work sequence after appropriate training.
- The ability to work independently while seamlessly collaborating with a team.
- Familiarity with SEO principles and a willingness to learn and use new tools (training provided).
- The ability to adhere to guidelines and schedules, and deliver against an agreed-upon production rate is essential.
